Disney's Caribbean Beach recently remodeled their swimming pool to reflect the success of their Pirates of the Caribbean movie series. They added a big pirate ship, children's water play area.
They also added a lot of theming to the main pool, including two water slides.
You can see the pool takes after the theming from the Pirates of the Caribbean ride in Magic Kingdom, married with the Caribbean Beach Resort.
The kids absolutely love the children's play area, but they do have to be under 48" to play in this area. It's so popular that you see Disney security working to keep some of the "bigger" kids out of the pirate ship. They have their own slide, lots of water pouring down from a tub that dumps periodically, and lots of stairs and ladders to climb.
The pool is very nice, in it's own right. Both water slides are a lot of fun, although short -- just like most of the water slides at the Disney resorts.
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort was always one of my favorites (definitely my favorite moderate resort) and the pool just adds to the attraction to the Caribbean Beach Resort.
