So, we mentioned yesterday that there's an additional opportunity to participate in a flag ceremony at Disney World if you miss the Magic Kingdom Flag Retreat Ceremony. You do need to be staying at the Wilderness Lodge, however.
You'll notice in the picture that Disney's Wilderness Lodge has flags on the roof of the main building. You can participate in a flag raising ceremony every morning at Wilderness Lodge!
When you check in at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, ask to participate in the ceremony. You may be able to participate the very next morning, depending on how many people have already signed up. You may have to wait a couple days. The key is to check into the Wilderness Lodge Flag Raising Ceremony as soon as you check in, not on the day of or day before you want to participate.
