YES! While Disney's Magical Express transportation from the Orlando airport to your resort costs nothing, you do have to make a reservation. If you just show up at the Magical Express counter, you will not have a ride aboard the Magical Express bus.
Make sure you or your travel agent confirms all your flight information and reservations with Disney's Magical Express before departing on your Disney World vacation.
