The newest restaurant at Downtown Disney, T-Rex, will open next Tuesday, October 14th with much anticipation. This Landry-owned restaurant features a dinosaur theme for your dining entertainment on the edge of Lake Buena Vista.
We just checked, today, and they will not be taking reservations, initially. They will start accepting reservations in January. To be more clear about this, neither Landry's or Disney will even accept a reservation for the restaurant until January, including calling now to make a reservation for January or later. We recommend visiting the restaurant during the lunch hours and non-peak dinner hours, i.e. 2-4PM, to avoid what are sure to be large crowds during the walk-up only period before January.
