No More Free Strollers!

by admin on October 3, 2008

After a visit to the Magic Kingdom for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party last night, we learned that Disney no longer provides free strollers for special events.  Last year, for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Parties, as well as the Princess and Pirate Parties, Disney provided strollers to guests at no charge.

This year, Disney decided to change that policy and begin charging for the strollers, even for after-hours events.  Your best bet will be to pay for a multi-day use fee, if you plan to spend more than the one event in the parks.  This will save you money versus renting the stroller each day.

As many readers know, Disney significantly increased their stroller rental fees this year and the elimination of free strollers for after-hours events falls in line with this new policy shift.
